Full job descriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Trainee Engineer NAPS to join our team. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing process engineering, MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials) preparation, and ERP/PLM systems, supporting the development and delivery of world-class cement manufacturing equipment. This role provides an excellent platform to learn and grow within a global engineering company.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the Manufacturing Process Engineering team in preparing and maintaining MBOMs in Enovia and D365.</li><li>Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth engineering-to-manufacturing data flow.</li><li>Assist in process planning, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement projects to enhance quality, cost, and delivery performance.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, procurement, and quality) to ensure alignment in manufacturing documentation.</li><li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and process instructions.</li><li>Work with ERP and PLM systems for order management, BOM validation, and reporting.</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in professional English.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Equivalent/EEE/ECE).</li><li>Strong interest in manufacturing process engineering and digital tools (ERP/PLM).</li><li>Knowledge of MBOM preparation and exposure to Enovia/D365 is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.</li></ul>Job Type: FresherPay: &#8377;22,000.00 - &#8377;31,500.00 per monthWork Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;22,086.00 - &#8377;31,564.64 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
