Position: Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor Department: Design &amp; Operations Location: Dhanmandi Company: Sadhwani PlywoodRole OverviewWe are looking for a creative yet practical Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor who can handle both design development and on-site execution of modular furniture projects. The candidate should ensure that designs are converted into high-quality finished work through effective site supervision and coordination.Key Responsibilities1. Design &amp; Planning<ul><li>Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs, and working drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and other modular furniture</li><li>Develop factory-ready drawings and BOQs</li><li>Select materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories as per client requirements</li><li>Present design concepts and revisions to clients</li></ul>2. Site Supervision<ul><li>Conduct site measurements and feasibility checks</li><li>Supervise installation of modular furniture at site</li><li>Coordinate with carpenters, installers, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors</li><li>Ensure design accuracy, quality standards, and timely completion</li></ul>3. Client Coordination<ul><li>Act as the main point of contact between client and company during execution</li><li>Handle client queries, changes, and approvals professionally</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle</li></ul>4. Coordination with Factory &amp; Office<ul><li>Coordinate with factory/production team for drawings, timelines, and dispatch</li><li>Ensure proper communication between design, production, and installation teams</li><li>Report progress, issues, and completion status to management</li></ul>5. Quality &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure material quality and workmanship standards are maintained</li><li>Monitor site safety and cleanliness</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture</li><li>1&ndash;4 years experience in Modular Furniture / Modular Kitchen / Interior Projects</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic 3D tools</li><li>Strong understanding of modular furniture materials and hardware</li><li>Good site-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and client-handling abilities</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Office + Site-based role</li></ul>Salary<ul><li>As per experience &mdash;&mdash;&mdash;</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Incentives</li><li>Travel allowance</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>Company policies</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
