Job Title: Site Engineer &ndash; Finishing &amp; Interior Civil Works Job Type: ContractJob Summary:We are looking for a Site Engineer with strong expertise in finishing and interior civil works to oversee and manage daily construction site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all interior and finishing tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with design specifications and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and monitor finishing and interior civil work at the project site.</li><li>Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other on-site personnel.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.</li><li>Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project standards.</li><li>Enforce safety protocols and site regulations.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues or escalate them to senior management.</li><li>Assist in planning and scheduling daily and weekly work activities.</li><li>Maintain proper records of manpower, material usage, and site operations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in finishing and interior civil works (e.g. tiling, plastering, painting, false ceiling, partitions, joinery, etc.).</li><li>Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and deadlines.</li></ul>Experience (Required):<ul><li>Supervision of interior and finishing works: 3 years</li><li>Interpreting project drawings and specifications: 3 years</li><li>Site planning and work scheduling: 3 years</li><li>Troubleshooting site issues and coordinating resolutions: 3 years</li></ul>Job Type: Contract Contract length: 6 monthsPay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
