The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications while ensuring high performance and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and optimize workflows.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.</li><li>Maintain and enhance existing Odoo applications to improve functionality and performance.</li><li>Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.</li><li>Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Odoo modules and functionalities.</li><li>Optimize database performance and ensure data security.</li><li>Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver solutions.</li><li>Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest Odoo updates, trends, and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Odoo development, customization, and implementation.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL, and QWeb.</li><li>Experience with Odoo framework, ORM, workflow, and security models.</li><li>Knowledge of Odoo Enterprise &amp; Community editions.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Odoo POS, Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, and other core modules.</li><li>Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>Experience with Docker, Git, and Linux environments is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in Odoo.sh and deployment on cloud platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Odoo applications.</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation strategies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR1.00 per month
