Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings across multiple time zones.

Coordinate internal and external communications efficiently and professionally.

Assist with project tracking, deadlines, and follow-ups across teams.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Support with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, expense tracking, and personal support when required.

Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure operational efficiency.

Adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced international environment.</p>
