Job Description: HR &amp; Admin ExecutiveLocation: AhmedabadAbout the CompanyAnkit Shiny Mechanicals India Pvt. Ltd. (ASMI), part of the Safe&rsquo;s Group, is a leading manufacturer of precision sheet-metal components for compressor, automotive, and HVAC industries. The company focuses on high-quality manufacturing with strong customer-first and zero-defect principles.Key ResponsibilitiesTime Office &amp; Payroll<ul><li>Maintain attendance, leave records, and biometric system (Ascent).</li><li>Prepare daily attendance/manpower reports and support payroll processing.</li><li>Handle apprentice registration (NATS/NAPS) and PF challans.</li></ul>Contract Labor Management<ul><li>Plan and provide manpower as per production requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors for deployment, compliance, billing, and wage payment.</li><li>Support worker hiring through job fairs and ITIs.</li></ul>Recruitment &amp; Employee Relations<ul><li>Source and line up candidates based on manpower planning.</li><li>Coordinate interviews and support onboarding.</li><li>Handle employee grievances and issue experience/relieving letters.</li><li>Conduct monthly employee meetings and awareness programs.</li></ul>General Administration<ul><li>Oversee canteen, security, housekeeping, and transport facility.</li><li>Manage SIM card allocation and general admin support.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in HR/Administration or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in HR &amp; Admin (manufacturing preferred).</li><li>Good knowledge of payroll, time office, statutory compliance, and manpower handling.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Interested Applicants can contact below: Thanks &amp; Regards,Ankit ShettySr. Human Resource - ExecutiveMob: +91 7777006101Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current Salary In Hand ?</li><li>What is your Expected Salary In Hand ?</li><li>What is your current Location ?</li><li>How soon you can join ?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in Admin ?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in HR ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
