Job Overview:
Provides support to agents, clients, and customers by adjudicating claims, providing claim&rsquo;s status, and resolving escalated customer/dealer issues. Communicates effectively with all levels of the organizations. In executing the duties of the role, Escalations Agents will ensure the proper documentation, adjudicate per the terms and conditions of the contract, utilizing available resources, and meet schedule expectations informing management of any changes.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Handles claims related inquiries per work schedule performing within defined metrics.</li><li>
May have to order an inspection when claim is over a certain amount or possible fraud.</li><li>
Follows proper claims procedures as outlined in training and feedback provided by QA or Supervisor.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of all T+W contracts</li><li>
Master understanding of clients, agents, and contract terms and conditions.</li><li>
Understand Exceptions based upon dealership, agent, or client.</li><li>
Support other team members in assisting customers when situation requires involvement.</li><li>
Escalates &ldquo;Hot Issues&rdquo; to team lead, supervisor, or managers when unable to resolve satisfactorily.</li><li>
Notify Supervisor of any claims in which possible fraud is suspected.</li><li>
Participates in all training as required to perform the duties of the role.</li><li>
Takes initiative to resolve an issue rather than allow an issue to continue.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as required and/or assigned.</li><li>
Saturday Rotation</li><li>
Must be able to work a flexible schedule</li></ul>

Job Requirements:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. College degree preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of three years&rsquo; experience in customer service, insurance claims, call/claims center environment. Experience within Automotive Industry preferred.</li><li>
Must be employed with Safe-Guard for 1 year</li><li>
Must have strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and service policy issues.</li><li>
Must be proficient in Windows and MS-Office Products.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior verbal/written skills and communications skills.</li><li>
Good punctuation, spelling, mathematical, grammar and attention to detail a must.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills essential. Exercises sound judgment when interacting with customers.</li></ul>

Role Overview:
The Account Development Manager supports a major OEM auto maker relationship, the OEM&rsquo;s retail dealerships, and related staff with Safe-Guard Product and Services Training and Sales Advisory Services. The Account Development Manager will use his/her product knowledge and training skills to maximize productivity and results throughout multiple client locations in an assigned territory
Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact with key partners and clients to meet defined goals and strategic results.</li><li>
Build and conduct customized training programs to assist OEM auto makers and/or their dealership network to grow and improve their book of Finance &amp; Insurance business.</li><li>
Leverage the Safe-Guard Training platform as a strategic differentiator and value-added product/service.</li><li>
Establish an impactful presence at Industry events, conferences and publications on behalf of Safe-Guard.</li><li>
Partner with the Sales Management Team and participate in initiatives to maximize sales revenue.</li><li>
Enhance programs and systems related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling mastery and objection handling expertise with industry constituents.</li><li>
Conduct Regional and Dealership training seminars designed to increase dealer profitability and product sales penetration.</li><li>
Develop and utilize Manager and Company approved training and marketing materials.</li><li>
Assist Dealers efforts to comply with applicable laws and regulations via best practice reviews and ongoing training.</li><li>
Market and facilitate Dealer participation in comprehensive F&amp;I certification and training classes hosted by Safe-Guard.</li><li>
Educate and train all applicable departments and personnel on the features, benefits and value of Safe-Guard products.</li><li>
Implement action plans for increased sales of Safe-Guard products and services.</li><li>
Advance relationships with key partners and work closely to develop win/win strategies to improve productivity.</li></ul>
Job Requirements:<ul><li>
6+ years of automotive retail-related management (F&amp;I, Sales Mgr, GSM, GM, Training Specialist)</li><li>
2+ years of F&amp;I specific experience (may be included in 6+ years above)</li><li>
3+ years of proven territory management and training activities (may be included in 6+ years above).</li><li>
Extensive menu selling knowledge/experience.</li><li>
Proficient in selling current F&amp;I product suite portfolio.</li><li>
Experienced in account development with sustained results.</li><li>
Experienced in hands-on development training of dealership personnel and/or &quot;train the trainer&quot; in-store development.</li><li>
Bachelors Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, preferred</li><li>
Excellent communications and public speaking skills</li><li>
Proven history of success in developing innovative programs through execution of established conversion methods</li><li>
Must be willing to travel at least 50% - Company Car provided</li><li>
Must be authorized to work in the U.S</li><li>
Must be able to successfully pass a background check</li></ul>
