Job Summary 
We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Planning, Probate &amp; Trust Administration Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will manage &amp; support the probate &amp; trust admin department under the supervision of our experienced Senior Associate Attorney. We are You will perform legal research, conduct meetings, and assist with client support. 
 
Responsibilities
 
<ul><li>Act as liaison between attorney and client</li>
<li>Process inquiries pertaining to Probate, and Trust Administration</li>
<li>Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review</li>
<li>Conduct legal research when necessary</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support</li>
<li>Communicate with clients</li>
<li>Attend or host in-take meetings with clients</li>
<li>Maintain and update documentation</li>
</ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>3+ years previous experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal or similar role is required</li>
<li>Certification or Associates Degree as a Paralegal</li>
<li>Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Highly organized with document management experience</li>
<li>Excellent research skills</li>
<li>Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work well under pressure</li>
<li>Extremely organized and detail oriented</li>
<li>Minimal mistakes made in drafting, typing, and communications</li></ul>
