About the Role:We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can own and lead the distribution strategy and distribution of our content - podcasts, solo YouTube videos, social media, etc., and make sure it reaches the right audience in the most impactful way.This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure our content reaches the right audiences, drives engagement, and builds long-term visibility.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive content distribution strategy for podcasts, YouTube, and social media platforms.</li><li>Identify the right platforms, formats, and channels to maximize reach and impact.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, video, and operations) to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Build and manage relationships with external creators, distribution partners, and collaborators.</li><li>Explore new and innovative ideas for distributing content, including cross-promotions, partnerships, and digital collaborations.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and optimize distribution based on data and insights.</li><li>Take full ownership of execution &mdash; ensuring deadlines are met, collaborations are effective, and outcomes are achieved.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and distribution innovations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in content distribution, digital marketing, or social media strategy.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, podcast distribution, and YouTube growth strategies.</li><li>Proven ability to execute end-to-end campaigns &mdash; from strategy to delivery.</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership, drive tasks, and deliver results.</li><li>Creative, resourceful, and always looking for new ways to innovate in content marketing.</li></ul>This role offers the opportunity to work directly with our founder, driving impact across platforms and shaping how content reaches thousands of people.
