Provide hands-on training to new hires for equipment operation and certification, optimal business practices, safety procedures, and daily job duties.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Facilitates classroom training for new hire orientation and safety workshops including Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and functional technique testing.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
May perform inbound or outbound activities when not actively training including operating material handling equipment (MHE) including forklifts, reach trucks or order pickers raised up to 40 feet.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Maintain a secure and clean work area by performing housekeeping duties.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

Experience training in a supply chain, warehousing, or distribution environment strongly preferred.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including order pickers, forklift, and reach trucks.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired to operate this equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>
Welcome in-shop customers and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently - without breaking a sweat - often coming up with creative solutions.</p></li><li><p>
Manage incoming calls, e-mails and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, commercial, dispatch, repair, cash, wholesale and same-day reschedules/cancellations.</p></li><li><p>
Keep all the moving parts running smoothly by confirming and completing work order information, including insurance verification, additional parts and missing information.</p></li><li><p>
Breeze through administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, work orders, managing deleted work orders and processing credit memos and rebills.</p></li><li><p>
Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders and special accounts.</p></li><li><p>
All other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Need</b></p><ul><li><p>
High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required.</p></li><li><p>
Experience: 1-3 years telephone operations or business administration experience required.</p></li><li><p>

Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment.</p></li><li><p>
