<div>Safetec of America is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Marketing &amp; Automation Specialist to support and optimize our marketing systems, content, and digital workflows. Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>HubSpot (or similar CRM) management:<ul>
<li>Create and maintain email templates, sequences, and workflows</li>
<li>Build and manage contact segments and custom properties</li>

<li>Maintain data accuracy and organize CRM for efficiency</li>
<li>Create dashboards and reports to track performance and KPIs</li>
</ul></li><li>Website content management:<ul>
<li>Update pages, blogs, product info, and SEO fields in WordPress</li>
<li>No coding experience is required</li>
<li>Coordinate with developers/vendors for technical changes beyond CMS</li>
</ul></li><li>Marketing content creation:<ul>
<li>Write and edit blogs, email copy, web copy, and product descriptions</li>
<li>Support campaigns and social media initiatives with compelling content</li>
</ul></li><li>Research &amp; analysis:<ul>
<li>Conduct product, market, and competitor research to inform strategy
</li><li>Monitor performance and provide actionable insights
</li></ul></li><li>Cross-functional collaboration:<ul>
<li>Work with Sales, Quality, Regulatory, and Design teams to ensure accurate and consistent messaging
</li><li>Support ongoing improvements to marketing processes, documentation, and operational efficiency
</li>
</ul></li></ul>Requirements
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;4+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing automation</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools</li>
<li>Comfortable managing WordPress CMS content (no coding required)
</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills for blogs, web content, and marketing copy</li>
<li>Experience with dashboards, reporting, and basic analytics
</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
</li>

<ul><li>SEO knowledge and content optimization</li>
<li>Familiarity with regulated industries or product labeling</li>
<li>Experience with other CMS platforms or basic HTML/CSS for minor adjustments
