Sales Generation:&middot; Actively seek new customers through lead generation, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach (email, social media, online advertising).Identify and target business opportunities in both the B2B (corporate clients, travel agencies, etc.) and B2C (individual customers) markets.&middot; Promote and sell a variety of rental services, including short-term rentals, long-term leases, and special offers.&middot; Customer Relationship Management:&middot; Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and offering tailored rental solutions.&middot; Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the rental process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.&middot; Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Product Knowledge:&middot; Stay up to date with the company&rsquo;s fleet of vehicles and rental offerings, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the types, benefits, and features of the cars and services.&middot; Effectively communicate rental terms, pricing, and vehicle options to clients.Market Analysis:&middot; Monitor competitor offerings and pricing structures to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.&middot; Conduct regular research on industry trends, customer preferences, and market demands to identify opportunities for business growth.Achieving Sales Targets:&middot; Work to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management team.&middot; Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.Reporting and Documentation:&middot; Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and sales performance,Submit regular sales reports and offer feedback on potential leads that did not result in a closed deal, highlighting reasons and insights, to the management team.Customer Relations &amp; Professional Image:&middot; Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.&middot; Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure rentals are processed efficiently, and vehicles are delivered on time.*Ensure a professional and polished personal presentation at all times to create a positive and lasting impression on customers.*Uphold a professional and positive image while interacting with customers to ensure a great impression and foster long-term relationships.* With valid QID, Driving License and NOC, can join immediately.<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably within the car rental, or related industries.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
