Project Architect &ndash; Working DrawingsCompany: Essenn Architects Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site only (No remote / hybrid)Job DescriptionEssenn Architects is looking for a Project Architect with strong experience in Design Development and Working Drawings for an execution-focused, on-site role in Hyderabad.This position is strictly for qualified architects with prior experience in architectural documentation and consultant coordination.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare Design Development and Working Drawings</li><li>Produce construction-ready drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)</li><li>Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultants</li><li>Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and execution-ready</li><li>Revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements</li></ul>Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully)<ul><li>B.Arch or M.Arch degree in Architecture &ndash; mandatory</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of experience in an architectural firm</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Architecture)</li><li>Proven experience in architectural working drawings and detailing</li><li>Ability to work full-time on-site in Hyderabad</li></ul>This Role Is NOT Suitable For<ul><li>IT / software / solution / data architects</li><li>Non-architecture educational backgrounds</li><li>Fresh graduates or interns</li><li>Remote / work-from-home candidates</li></ul>Applications not meeting the above criteria will not be considered.Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you hold a B.Arch or M.Arch degree?</li><li>How many years have you worked in an architectural firm?</li><li>Are you willing to work on-site in Hyderabad?</li><li>Can you share architectural working drawings as part of your portfolio?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
