We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer or PMC Engineer who will be responsible for managing and executing civil and interior works on-site. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth technical knowledge, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in handling high-end interior fit-out, civil renovation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities, including civil, interior, MEP, and finishing works.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and contractors for smooth execution.</li><li>Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews; maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Manage contractor workforce, material logistics, and site resource planning.</li><li>Interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure correct implementation.</li><li>Handle technical issues at the site with prompt and effective resolutions.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, site logs, and snag lists.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to quality control and health &amp; safety regulations.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, cost control, and material reconciliation.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>5+ years of site execution experience in civil and interior fit-out works (corporate offices, retail, and commercial spaces preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil &amp; interior construction methods, materials, and industry standards.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.</li><li>Proven track record of managing teams and multiple vendors at site.</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and project reporting tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Worked in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) roles or reputed interior contracting firms.</li><li>Knowledge of MEP systems integration within interiors.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Civil Works or Interior Works: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
