If you are committed to delivering exceptional guest service and have strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily operations at the Front Desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service.</li><li>Lead and train the Front Office team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>Oversee check-in, check-out, and reservation processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role.</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Opera PMS is essential.</li><li>Familiarity with STPC (Stopover Paid by Carrier) systems is highly preferable.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.</li><li>Proficient in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
