Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Food &amp; Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support the F&amp;B team in delivering high-quality service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily operations of the restaurant and/or outlets</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service</li><li>Train, motivate, and manage F&amp;B staff</li><li>Monitor staff performance and provide feedback</li><li>Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen and other departments</li><li>Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards</li><li>Assist in inventory control and stock management</li><li>Support in scheduling and staff duty rosters</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality/hotel industry</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field</li><li>Experience in hotel operations is highly preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

F&B Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems to ensure a comfortable environment for guests and staff.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems (split units, package units, FCU, AHU)</li><li>Diagnose and repair air conditioning faults and breakdowns</li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance</li><li>Respond promptly to guest and management maintenance requests</li><li>Maintain proper records of work performed</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and hotel standards</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting</li><li>Ability to read technical manuals and diagrams</li><li>Basic understanding of safety procedures and regulations</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Relevant technical certification is an advantage</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Shift duty may be required</li><li>On-call availability for emergency maintenance</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentWork Location: In person
