Headquartered in New York, with branches and offices in Florida, Massachusetts, California, and representative offices in Brazil, Chile, Mexico, and Panama, Safra National Bank is a leading private bank with a devoted team of relationship managers serving many sophisticated U.S. and international high net worth clients.Position Summary:Internship Description:<ul><li>Schedule, coordinate and conduct analysis of all exit interviews</li><li>Schedule, coordinate and conduct analysis of all new hire and manager check-ins</li><li>Welcome Florida new hires on day 1 and conduct their I-9&rsquo;s &amp; prepare new hire materials/folders and ensure adequate inventories in all locations</li><li>Place monthly breakfast orders, distribute birthday cards, send birthday email and set-up support for Florida</li><li>Service award presentations in FL and order awards</li><li>Send monthly service awards list, new hire list and any event pictures to Marketing for the newsletter</li><li>Coordinate social employee events and set-up support for Florida</li><li>Support with Summer internship program preparation for Florida arrivals</li><li>Assist with audits</li><li>Monitor the HR email inbox</li><li>Complete any other duties assigned by supervisor</li></ul>Program Requirements: Eligibility Criteria &amp; Application Process:<ul><li>Must be an undergraduate student in the Spring 2026</li><li>Must be majoring in an educational field that is relevant to the department</li><li>Demonstrated interest in HR area</li><li>Submit school transcript and have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or above</li><li>Submit a resume and a well-written cover letter</li><li>Available to work on Mondays and at least 3 days a week, in person</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>Positive attitude combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong Excel, Word and Power Point skills</li><li>Good communication, analytical and written skills</li><li>Ability to effectively to multitask and manage deadlines</li><li>Demonstrate strong professional work ethic and an ability to work well in a team environment</li><li>Demonstrate strong ability to work independently and manage deadlines</li></ul>Safra National Bank is an Equal Employment OpportunityJob Type: InternshipWork Location: In person
