Your role as a Legal Marketing &amp; Growth Specialist
This role could be a great fit if you're a legal professional - a jurist, paralegal, or lawyer - who's beginning to imagine applying your expertise beyond traditional legal practice. Maybe you find yourself drawn to technology, curious about marketing and growth, and excited by the idea of using your legal knowledge and network in a completely new way.
As a Legal Marketing &amp; Growth Specialist, you'll bridge law, technology, and marketing. Working closely with Marketing, Legal Engineering, Sales, and Product, you'll build relationships across the legal community, create content that resonates with legal professionals, and position Saga as a trusted voice in legal innovation. Success comes from building trust, growing meaningful relationships, and helping more lawyers across Europe discover a better way to work. 
What you'll be doing<ul><li>
Build and nurture relationships with lawyers, bar associations, alumni networks, and legal innovators across the Netherlands and beyond</li><li>
Create thought leadership and educational content that resonates with legal professionals and strengthens Saga's position in the market</li><li>
Represent Saga at legal events and conferences, spotting new partnership and networking opportunities</li><li>
Act as the voice of the legal customer - bringing market insights and customer feedback into Marketing, Product, and Legal Engineering</li><li>
Support go-to-market, customer education, and product marketing alongside Sales and Marketing</li><li>
Build a scalable community and advocacy program that drives awareness, credibility, and long-term growth</li></ul>

Legal Marketing & Growth Specialist

Your role as Corporate Finance &amp; Investor Relations Manager 
This role sits right at the heart of Saga&rsquo;s growth journey, where you&rsquo;ll be owning our investor relationships and corporate finance workstream end-to-end. You'll work closely with our CFO on high-stakes, high-impact work - from managing investor communications to supporting strategic transactions and capital raising processes. It's a role with real responsibility from day one, in a fast-moving org where things evolve quickly and your contribution will be visible.
What you&rsquo;ll be doing<ul><li>
Own all investor-facing communications and materials - quarterly updates, board packs, and funding decks - maintaining a consistent and credible narrative across every touchpoint</li><li>
Lead capital raising support and transaction-related workstreams, including preparation of investment memoranda, management of investor processes, and coordination of due diligence</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, serving as a trusted representative of the company</li><li>
Manage communication with key internal stakeholders, including co-founders, executives, and other company leaders, ensuring alignment around fundraising, transaction processes, timelines, and sensitive strategic priorities</li><li>
Drive strategic finance projects and ad-hoc analyses that inform key decisions around runway, valuation, and use of funds</li><li>
Manage incoming investor requests, ensuring relationships with existing and prospective investors are well-maintained and nurtured</li></ul> 
What you bring to our team<ul><li>
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction services or consulting</li><li>
Great communicator in writing and conversation, and can convey details with clarity, coherence, and warm professionalism</li><li>
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate numbers into clear, well-structured narratives</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail, particularly when it comes to complex financial structures, documentation, and investor-facing outputs</li><li>
Genuine curiosity for business drivers and a commercial mindset - you want to understand how the company grows, not just track the numbers, and you can translate that understanding into clear corporate communications and investor-facing narratives</li><li>
Comfortable working in an early-stage start-up environment, where structure is still being built, priorities can shift quickly, and ownership sits close to the work</li></ul>
