Purpose of the Role:To plan, manage, and execute advertising strategies that effectively promote the company&rsquo;s real estate listings, brand, and services. The role focuses on increasing property visibility, attracting qualified leads, and driving sales through targeted advertising campaigns.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Advertising Strategy &amp; Planning</li><li>Develop advertising strategies to market properties (residential/commercial) and promote the brand.</li><li>Identify the most effective advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta, property portals like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.).</li><li>Campaign Management</li><li>Design and launch campaigns for new listings, open houses, project launches, and corporate branding.</li><li>Manage content creation including ad copy, banners, listing descriptions, videos, and brochures.</li><li>Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms (digital, print, outdoor, etc.).</li><li>Lead Generation</li><li>Implement advertising funnels that convert viewers into qualified leads.</li><li>Monitor lead quality and campaign performance to optimize ROI.</li><li>Media Buying &amp; Vendor Coordination</li><li>Negotiate with media outlets, influencers, and real estate portals for advertising space.</li><li>Manage relationships with ad agencies, photographers, and design teams.</li><li>Budget Management</li><li>Plan and manage the advertising budget for campaigns and projects.</li><li>Ensure efficient spending while maximizing campaign impact.</li><li>Performance Analytics</li><li>Track KPIs: impressions, clicks, inquiries, cost per lead, conversions.</li><li>Generate performance reports and recommend improvements.</li><li>Collaboration</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to align advertising with sales goals.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing, digital, and branding departments for cohesive campaigns.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Real Estate, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5+ years experience in advertising, preferably in real estate or property development.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube).</li><li>Familiarity with real estate marketing trends, listing platforms, and CRM tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
