Position Overview:Sagar Public School is seeking a passionate, result-oriented, and dedicated PGT Chemistry Teacher for Classes 11 &amp; 12. The candidate should have proven expertise in board exam preparation (CBSE)Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and deliver interactive and concept-driven Chemistry lessons for Classes 11 &amp; 12.</li><li>Cover the entire CBSE syllabus.</li><li>Design and execute structured revision schedules with regular practice tests and assignments.</li><li>Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide personalized mentoring to students.</li><li>Foster conceptual clarity, critical thinking, and a positive learning environment.</li><li>Monitor and analyze student performance through tests and provide individual feedback.</li><li>Train students in exam strategies, problem-solving techniques, and time management for board and competitive exams.</li></ul>Qualifications:Educational Background:<ul><li>M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is an advantage</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 4 years of teaching experience for Senior Classes.</li><li>Strong expertise in CBSE and competitive exam patterns</li><li>Excellent classroom management and familiarity with modern teaching tools</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Passionate about teaching and mentoring students for success</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team</li><li>Commitment to achieving high student performance</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;8,738.16 - &#8377;42,804.45 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
