Job Description: 
As a Leasing Consultant with Sage Ventures, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide outstanding service to our residents while maintaining high occupancy rates and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our properties. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, showcasing the unique features and amenities of each property.</li><li>
Assist prospective residents with the leasing process, including completing applications, conducting credit and background checks, and preparing lease agreements.</li><li>
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about pricing, availability, and leasing policies.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>
Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective leasing strategies, such as marketing campaigns and resident referral programs.</li><li>
Conduct market research and stay informed about local trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive pricing and positioning of our properties.</li><li>
Maintain organized leasing records and documentation, ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred</li><li>
Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred</li><li>

<div>Accounting Manager 
Position Summary 
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Accounting Manager to oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and provide operational accounting support across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial transactions, strong internal controls, and smooth day‑to‑day operations while partnering with cross‑functional teams. 
The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting expertise with leadership skills and a hands‑on approach.
Key Responsibilities 
Accounts Payable (AP)<ul><li>
Oversee full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice review, approvals, and payment runs</li><li>
Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining strong controls</li><li>
Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies</li><li>
Monitor AP aging and cash disbursement reporting</li></ul>
Accounts Receivable (AR)<ul><li>
Oversee billing, invoicing, and cash application processes</li><li>
Manage collections efforts and customer account reconciliation</li><li>
Monitor AR aging and improve days sales outstanding (DSO)</li><li>
Partner with operations to resolve billing issues</li><li>
Tenant Filings, Evictions, and Legal</li></ul>
Operations &amp; Accounting Support<ul><li>
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities</li><li>
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis</li><li>
Maintain and improve accounting processes, policies, and internal controls</li><li>
Collaborate with operations and leadership to support business initiatives</li></ul>
Leadership &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>
Supervise and mentor AP, AR, and accounting staff</li><li>
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency</li><li>
Support accounting system enhancements and automation initiatives</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA a plus)</li><li>
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including AP and AR oversight</li><li>
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred</li><li>
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices</li><li>
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Yardi, NetSuite, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)</li><li>
Advanced Excel skills</li><li>
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li></ul>
