Position Overview</b></h2><p>
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and preventive upkeep throughout the hotel. This position ensures that all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are safe, functional, and in excellent condition consistent with the Hotels&rsquo; standards.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Maintenance &amp; Repairs</b></h3><ul><li><div>
 Perform daily maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.</div></li><li><div>
 Respond promptly to guest service requests and maintenance work orders.</div></li><li><div>
 Assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure proper functioning of all systems.</div></li><li><p>
 Conduct safety checks and equipment inspections regularly.</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Operational Support</b></h3><ul><li><div>
 Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams to address maintenance priorities.</div></li><li><div>
 Maintain accurate logs of repairs and preventive maintenance activities.</div></li><li><p>
 Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies or parts are needed.</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><div>
 High school diploma or equivalent required.</div></li><li><div>
 Previous maintenance or engineering experience in a hotel is preferred.</div></li><li><div>
 Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.</div></li><li><div>
 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</div></li><li><p>
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Work Environment &amp; Schedule</b></h2><ul><li><div>
 Physical role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.</div></li><li><div>
 Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.</div></li><li><p>
 Exposure to varying temperatures and physical environments.</p></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
