<div><div><b>SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:</b><br>
Under the general direction of the TSC Supervisor, the BGA Rework Technician will coordinate with TSC management and higher-level technicians to complete tasks that benefit the repair rework process to help achieve performance goals for the TSC repair team.</div>
<div></div><div><b>SHIFT/SCHEDULE: </b>2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm, however, training will be conducted for the first one to two weeks on 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm.</div>
<div></div><div><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br>
<ul><li>Accept direction from Engineering and Technicians to repair or reflow BGA components on a number of different products.</li><li>Perform product testing when needed</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting and repair when trained to do so</li><li>Using basic soldering tools for replacing components</li><li>Cleaning product when needed</li><li>Work with Engineers and higher-level techs to gain knowledge and skills</li></ul></div>

<b>SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</b><br>
<ul><li>Must have previous BGA (Ball Grid Array) rework experience</li><li>Basic understanding of electronics</li><li>Soldering and rework experience</li><li>Basic ability to test and troubleshoot various types of electronic circuit boards.</li><li>Perform configuration and fault management.</li><li>Must possess good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to use functional and situational reasoning</li><li>Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to be flexible with job duties and scope of work</li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform tasks to completion</li><li>Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple concurrent assignments</li></ul></div>
