As a Psychologist at Sagent Behavioral Health, you will provide psychological evaluations and/or psychotherapy to patients. You&rsquo;ll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they&rsquo;re at.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>
Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.</li><li>
Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist&rsquo;s scope of competence.</li><li>
Designs and implements treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs.</li><li>
If interested/needed, provide clinical supervision to master&rsquo;s or doctorate level providers.</li><li>
Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements.</li><li>
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.</li><li>
Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed.</li></ul> 


Requirements:
<ul><li>
Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.</li><li>
Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.</li><li>
Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.</li><li>
Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a plus.</li><li>
Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.</li></ul> 


Compensation: This is a salary paid position.
<ul><li>
Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000</li><li>
Licensed Psychologist: $95,000 - $125,000</li></ul> 

<ul><li>Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Employees in these positions are W2.</li></ul>

As an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner you will work with our adult clients in our ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services Team) and provide community based services to an at need population.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>
Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or their families in the home, community.</li><li>
Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals.</li><li>
Design and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of client needs.</li></ul> 


Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, you must be qualified in at least one of the following ways:
<ul><li>
Meet the Behavioral Health Practitioner requirements as per MN State Statute 245I.04.04. These qualifications include the following:</li><li>
Hold a Master's degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.</li><li>
Hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields AND 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to people with mental illness.</li><li>
Candidates who have completed a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served, and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields may qualify and are encouraged to apply regardless of whether they have 2000 hours of experience.</li><li>
Have 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to people with mental illness.</li><li>
Meet the Clinical Trainee requirements per MN State Statute 245I.04.06.</li><li>
Has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional.</li><li>
Meet the Mental Health Professional requirements per MN State Statue 245I.04.02.</li><li>
Licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota.</li></ul>

Additionally, you must meet the following requirements:
<ul><li>
Desire to work with children and families and/or adults in their homes; this includes walking, stairs, and the ability to crouch, stoop, sit on floors, and stand for periods of time.</li><li>
Ability to work independently; Valid driver&rsquo;s license/auto insurance/reliable vehicle; ability to drive a minimum of a 30-mile radius around primary clinic location.</li><li>
Must be proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).</li><li>
If interested in working with adults, must be able to meet with them during general daytime hours.</li></ul> 


Compensation: $22.00-$23.00/HR
