ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY: 
As a Plumbing & Drywall Superintendent, you will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment—where precision, service excellence, and a relentless eye for detail are non-negotiable. You’ll use your advanced plumbing knowledge to support our crews across the region working on residential high rise projects to help ensure code compliance and maintain high standards of productivity, safety, and quality, ensuring every project meets our high standards.
 
This Superintendent role requires the demonstrated ability to effectively advise and support Project Managers and teams on our projects in person and travel as needed regionally including staying on site short-term or long term. This role is intended to be a full-time exempt position, based remotely in the region, and reports to a Division Manager.
 
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Effectively supervise, guide, and mentor project managers, plumbers, drywall mechanics across multiple job sites</li>
<li>Monitor performance, compliance, and ensure quality of workmanship</li>
<li>Review plans and blueprints; ensure work conforms to project specifications, building codes, and regulations</li>
<li>Oversee all phases of installations: underground, rough in, top out, trim‐out, fixtures, drains, vent stacks, water supply lines, framing, finishes, paint etc.</li>
<li>Conduct inspections and quality checks; identify and correct issues; prepare punch lists, ensure timely resolution.</li>
<li>Monitor materials: verify correct materials are delivered, used correctly, and stored properly.</li>
<li>Maintain safety standards on site; ensure crew follows safety protocols, required PPE, and complies with OSHA/local laws.</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with project management, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors regarding progress, delays, and plumbing‐specific needs.</li>
<li>Efficiently resolve problems that arise due to resident and client concerns, inclement weather, emergencies, or other issues</li>
<li>Travel as needed to visit multiple job sites and to transport needed materials between vendors and/or job sites</li>
<li>Maintain, foster, and develop productive relationships including with co-workers, other departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors</li>
<li>Identify and recommend process improvements, ensuring improved quality and deliverables</li>

KEY REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in plumbing trade with at least 2 3 years supervising plumbing crews on high-rise residential projects</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in all phases of residential multi-unit plumbing installation</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, plumbing schematics, and building plans</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, local/state regulations, and inspection processes</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, training, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills</li>
<li>A positive “no job is too big or too small” attitude</li>
<li>Proficiency in English, written and spoken, and excellent presentation skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in basic computer skills including with email, internet, Word, and Excel</li>
<li>Must have a personal vehicle suitable for regular local and regional transport</li>
<li>Must be able to travel locally and regionally and have a valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Must be able to relocate for short-term or long-term projects</li>
<li>Must be able to regularly lift and carry 25-50 lbs and be capable of working at heights, in high rise environments</li>
<li>High School degree or GED</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED CANDIDATES will also have journeyman or master plumber credentials; familiarity with construction management software; OSHA 30 certification; be proficient in Spanish; and/or have prior related military or civil experience.
 
Salary Range: $90,000 -$110,000 base pay based upon experience and qualifications

As a Carpenter Helper, you will assist experienced carpenters on interior finishing projects for high-rise condo repiping and renovations. Your primary focus is supporting the team, keeping the job site safe and organized, and learning carpentry sills.  The Carpenter Helper role requires the demonstrated ability to work carefully, communicate effectively, follow safety protocols, and maintain a professional appearance. This role is intended to be a full-time hourly position, based at the job site, reports to the Project Lead, and works closely with the rest of the onsite team.
 
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other materials</li>
<li>Lift and move materials as needed by carpentry team (50-100 lbs regularly)</li>
<li>Help maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites</li>
<li>Perform demo and removal of old materials as directed</li>
<li>Take out trash and perform general site support</li>
</ul>

As a Licensed Journeyman Plumber at SageWater, you will be the face of our high-rise condo repiping projects. Your primary focus is delivering high-quality, code-compliant plumbing work while fostering clear communication and maintaining a professional presence on every job site. This position offers a perfect balance of consistency, meaningful work, and long-term career growth—ideal for a licensed plumbing professional committed to excellence.
 
The Licensed Journeyman Plumber position requires the demonstrated ability to work safely, lead or support plumbing crews, mentor less experienced team members, and maintain a clean and organized job site. This is a full-time, hourly position based on Oahu, reporting to the Project Manager, and working closely with the onsite team.
 
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Install and replace piping systems to UPC code standards</li>
<li>Lead or support plumbing crews, depending on experience</li>
<li>Mentor and guide less experienced team members</li>
<li>Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with project managers, crew leads, and residents</li>
<li>Follow company quality standards and safety protocols</li>
</ul>
KEY REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul>
<li>Active Plumbing License in the state of Hawaii</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude</li>
<li>Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs.</li>

<li>Must be 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
