Job Title: Sales Manager real state-Male/FemaleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager FEMALE ONLY to join our property team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets for our property portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, brilliant in communications, have excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Team Leadership:</li><li>Set clear sales objectives and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure targets are met.</li><li>Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to maximize productivity and morale.</li><li>Sales Strategy:</li><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.</li><li>Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.</li><li>Cold Calling &amp; Lead Calling experience</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Client Relationship Management:</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Conduct regular client meetings and property tours to showcase available listings and negotiate deals.</li><li>Sales Performance Monitoring:</li><li>Monitor sales metrics, including leads generated, conversions, and revenue, to track performance against targets.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.</li><li>Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.</li><li>Compliance and Documentation:</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all sales transactions.</li><li>Oversee the preparation and execution of sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.</li><li>Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales.</li><li>Cold Calling &amp; Lead Calling experience</li><li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legal regulations.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
