  Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

   Assisting the lab chemist in daily testing of wheat, flour, and by-products.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collecting and labeling samples from different stages of production for analysis.
  </li>
  <li>
   Performing basic laboratory tests such as moisture, ash, gluten, and protein content.
  </li>
  <li>
   Recording and maintaining test results in lab registers and digital systems accurately.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supporting in calibration and cleaning of lab equipment as per standard procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Following safety and hygiene protocols in the laboratory at all times.
  </li>
  <li>
   Helping in maintaining stock of chemicals, glassware, and testing materials.
  </li>
  <li>
   Observing and learning the standard testing procedures (STP) and quality standards followed in the flour industry.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assisting in preparing daily and weekly lab reports under supervision.
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinating with the production and packing teams to ensure quality consistency.
