If you are passionate about connecting farmers and consumers while upholding high-quality standards, we invite you to join our team at Villkart to help maintain the export quality of our produce.Key Responsibilities:Order Processing:<ul><li>Manage the daily processing of online orders, including order verification, packaging, and dispatch.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, adhering to the company&rsquo;s quality standards.</li><li>Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.</li></ul>Packing:<ul><li>Carefully pack orders to ensure products are protected during transit.</li><li>Use appropriate packing materials and techniques to minimize damage risk.</li><li>Label packages correctly with shipping information and any special instructions.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized packing area to improve efficiency.</li><li>Operate and maintain a stitching machine for secure packaging.</li></ul>Inventory Management:<ul><li>Monitor inventory levels and update stock status on the eCommerce platform.</li><li>Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.</li></ul>Customer Service:<ul><li>Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide order updates and address queries.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.</li><li>Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Field Operations:<ul><li>Assist with the delivery of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.</li><li>Perform field tasks such as pick-up of goods, quality checks, and delivery coordination.</li><li>Maintain good relationships with delivery partners and logistics providers.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Food Science, or a related field.</li><li>1-2+ years of experience in supply chain management, quality control, and logistics, preferably in the food industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of supply chain and quality management principles.</li><li>Experience with cold chain logistics and managing perishable goods.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Join Us:If you are a sincere and responsible individual passionate about ensuring quality and efficiency in supply chain and logistics, we invite you to join Villkart and help us deliver the freshest fruits to our customers.
