The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various roles within the bank. Key duties include collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, conducting interviews, preparing job descriptions, and managing recruitment campaigns.
