Job Title: Sales Executive &ndash; R&amp;D SectorLocation: Bhosari, Pune Experience: 0&ndash;1 Years ( Female candidate required) Salary: 10,000 to 15,000 per monthJob Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in the R&amp;D and engineering sector</li><li>Coordinate with existing and new clients to understand their requirements</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations</li><li>Follow up with clients for negotiations, closures, and post-sales support</li><li>Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, and sales data</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (R&amp;D, Engineering, Production) for smooth project execution</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong client coordination and relationship management ability</li><li>Effective presentation and negotiation skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of sales processes and documentation</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Willingness to learn technical and R&amp;D-related products/services</li></ul>Educational Qualification:<ul><li>BBA / B.Com / B.Sc (Freshers can apply)</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Candidate from engineering / R&amp;D / industrial sales background will be an added advantage</li><li>Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
