Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager &amp; Content Producer to help grow Sail Away Coffee&rsquo;s presence across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms. This role focuses on capturing real moments, producing short-form video, and executing a consistent content strategy that builds brand awareness, engagement, and community.This is a collaborative role working closely with internal teams and external creators to bring the brand to life through compelling, on-trend storytelling.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute social content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest</li><li>Capture and create short-form content (video, photography, lifestyle, product, behind-the-scenes)</li><li>Edit and publish content optimized for each platform</li><li>Collaborate with external creators and influencers</li><li>Manage posting schedules and daily social activity</li><li>Engage with the community through comments and messages</li><li>Track performance and use insights to improve content over time</li><li>Support campaigns, product launches, and e-commerce initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing</li><li>Strong short-form video instincts and visual taste</li><li>Comfortable filming people and real-world environments</li><li>Ability to edit content using mobile-first or desktop tools</li><li>Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented</li><li>Strong communication skills and understanding of brand voice</li><li>Familiarity with analytics and performance metrics is a plus</li></ul>Day in the LifeNo two days look exactly the same, but a typical week might include:<ul><li>Planning upcoming content themes and shot lists</li><li>Filming short-form content in real settings (office, warehouse, on the road, retail, events)</li><li>Capturing lifestyle, product, and behind-the-scenes moments</li><li>Editing and publishing short-form video across TikTok and Instagram</li><li>Reviewing comments and identifying opportunities for engagement-driven content</li><li>Coordinating with external creators or collaborators</li><li>Checking performance and refining what&rsquo;s working</li></ul>This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and collaborative &mdash; ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action and turning everyday moments into compelling content.Job Type: Part-timePay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 15 per weekWork Location: Hybrid remote in Deer Park, NY 11729
