Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist for Seniors (Remote, Flexible Hours &ndash; LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
Positions: We have options for 1099 and W2. Therapists looking for 25+ hours a week have the option for W2 (includes 401k with up to 3.5% matching, comprehensive health, medical, vision insurance).
Location: 100% Virtual (Must be licensed in MI)

Responsibilities</h2>
As a licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will have the opportunity to:<ul><li>Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.</li><li>Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.</li><li>Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team.</li><li>Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system.</li><li>Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications</h2>
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:<ul><li>A completed master&rsquo;s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy.</li><li>An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP).</li><li>Experience working with the geriatric population.</li><li>Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
