About the Role<br>
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in backend engineering and solution design. The ideal candidate is technology-agnostic, with strong fundamentals in distributed systems, scalable architectures, and enterprise-grade SaaS development. While .NET experience is a plus, we welcome developers with strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Python, Go, or similar modern stacks.<br>

This role requires strong analytical ability, creativity in problem solving, and a demonstrable track record of delivering robust, scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.<br>
<br>
Key Responsibilities<br>
1. Solution Design &amp; Architecture<br>
Lead backend solution design for complex features, modules, and integrations.<br>
Design scalable, modular, and maintainable architectures for SaaS platforms.<br>
Evaluate technical options and recommend best-fit solutions aligned with product needs.<br>
Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to high-level design documents.<br>
<br>
2. Backend Development<br>
Build robust, performant backend services using any modern backend language (.NET, Java, Node.js, Python, Go, etc.).<br>
Design and develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumption.<br>
Implement microservices, event-driven patterns, and distributed system components where required.<br>
Ensure high-quality code with proper error-handling, logging, monitoring, and observability.<br>
<br>
3. Performance, Scalability &amp; Reliability<br>
Analyze system performance and optimize critical paths.<br>
Build highly available backend components capable of handling large scale and concurrency.<br>
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes.<br>
Ensure best practices around caching, database optimization, and API performance tuning.<br>

4. SaaS Engineering Excellence<br>
Contribute to building and enhancing multi-tenant SaaS platforms.<br>
Ensure system security, compliance, and data protection practices.<br>
Work with CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP), and containerized environments.<br>
Drive innovation and introduce modern technologies that improve scalability and efficiency.<br>
<br>
5. Collaboration &amp; Leadership<br>
Mentor developers and guide teams technically.<br>
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and UI teams.<br>
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.<br>
Take ownership of deliverables and lead initiatives to completion.</div><div></div><div><br>
Technical Skills Required<br>
Strong backend development experience in one or more: .NET Core, Java, Node.js, Python, Go.<br>
Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.<br>
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, OOP, and design patterns.<br>
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).<br>
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).<br>
Experience with message queues and event systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS) is a plus.<br>
Exposure to CI/CD, Git workflows, observability tools, and performance monitoring.<br>
<br>
Education<br>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br>
<br>

Ability to think creatively and introduce innovative ideas or approaches.<br>
