Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping<ul><li>Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP or accounting software.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and client accounts.</li><li>Ensure accuracy in project-wise cost allocation and expense tracking.</li></ul>2. GST &amp; Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).</li><li>Handle input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation and maintain proper GST documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for compliance and assessments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.</li></ul>3. Project Accounting<ul><li>Track and report project-wise revenues, costs, and profitability.</li><li>Prepare work-in-progress (WIP) statements and assist in project budgeting.</li><li>Manage client billing and certification of running account (RA) bills.</li></ul>4. Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).</li><li>Support management in preparing MIS reports and variance analysis.</li><li>Assist in annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.</li></ul>5. Other Duties<ul><li>Maintain records for fixed assets and depreciation.</li><li>Handle petty cash and site-level expense monitoring.</li><li>Support management with financial forecasts and budgeting.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.</li><li>Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and MS Office.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
