Creative Design Execution<ul><li>Develop and deliver all graphic and motion poster designs to meet creative standards and brand guidelines.</li><li>Create engaging daily creatives, including social media posts, marketing materials, and OTT- specific content.</li><li>Generate innovative concepts based on client briefs and in-house requirements.</li><li>Expertise in design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite and other Ai tools .</li><li>Ensure all design outputs are completed on time and meet quality expectations.</li></ul>2. Team Collaboration &amp; Task Management<ul><li>Manage and allocate design work within the team based on project needs and individual strengths.</li><li>Coordinate with Saina&rsquo;s verticals and leads to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.</li><li>Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to maintain consistent quality.</li></ul>3. Research &amp; Development<ul><li>Stay updated on the latest design trends, visual styles, and interactive content formats.</li><li>Incorporate best practices and new ideas into creative workflows to keep content fresh and relevant.</li><li>Ensure all outputs are thoroughly proofread and meet organizational quality benchmarks.</li></ul>4. Quality Assurance &amp; Standards<ul><li>Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all design work to ensure error-free delivery.</li><li>Review and validate all materials before final submission to ensure alignment with brand standards.</li><li>Uphold and promote the creative standards set by the organization across all deliverables.</li></ul>5.
