Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Performs a variety of housekeeping, laundry, and linen task, requiring strong supervisory skills.</li><li>
Effectively supervise a staff of 25 or more employees.</li><li>
Provide leadership, direction and equity for and in dealing with all employees.</li><li>
Creates an effective and cohesive working relationship with department employees, Department Heads, all hospital staff, and the public.</li><li>
Ensures regulatory compliance for sanitation, for patients, guests, and employees.</li><li>
Ensures that public areas are appropriately sanitized, to project a strong, positive image.</li><li>
Generates pertinent policy &amp; procedure to ensure compliance to infection control and sanitation standards.</li><li>
Coordinates rental linen and uniform efforts.</li><li>
Provides multi-disciplinary support services.</li><li>
Participates in employee awareness and education.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING</div><div></div><div><br>
1. A minimum of 2 years Housekeeping experience in hospital setting.<br>
2. Familiarity with regulatory agencies requirements, preferred.<br>
3. Familiarity with chemical sanitizers and general housekeeping functions.</div><br>

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $26.00 hour to $37.66 hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.</div><div></div><div><br>
