 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage all local purchases related to Saudi Serpo Co.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute purchasing and sourcing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships for consistent service quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support tendering processes and assist with contract management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee procurement administration, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle banking transactions, letters of credit (L/C), document acceptance, and shipping documentation in line with international trade terms.
 </li>

 Ensure uninterrupted operations through timely procurement of quality goods and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve cost efficiency and value for money through effective sourcing and negotiation.
 </li>

 Maintain transparency, accountability, and compliance in all procurement activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to cost control and optimal resource utilization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide accurate and up-to-date procurement records for management and audit purposes.
 </li>

 Qualifications / experience required:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good Command of Arabic, English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Microsoft Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Good Communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work in a team environment.
 </li>
