This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization</li><li>Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for staff</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software</li><li>Assist with customer service inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent support and support documentation</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure cleanliness of common areas</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration</li><li>Handle clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and organizing files</li><li>Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including personal assistant duties when required</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions with clients and visitors</li><li>Experience with office management tasks such as filing systems, data entry, proofing documents, and calendar management</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, clerical procedures, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday</li><li>Previous office experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred; experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is a plus</li></ul>Join us as an Office Assistant where your enthusiasm and organizational prowess will make a meaningful impact every day.
