What Youll Do:
</b></div><ul><li>Provide hands-on clinical care and oversight
</li><li>Support and guide the clinical care team
</li><li>Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
</li><li>Ensure quality care, compliance, and thoughtful documentation
</li><li>Be a trusted resource for patients, families, and staff

</b></div><ul><li>Active RN license (as applicable)
</li><li>3+ years of hospice or palliative care experience
</li><li>Strong clinical judgment and compassionate communication
</li><li>Comfortable in a small, start-up environment
