 Saint Therese of Woodbury
 
 is looking for a
 
 Registered Nurse (RN)
 
 to join our dedicated team! Since 2016, Saint Therese of Woodbury has been filled with social vibrancy, distinctive living spaces and a continuum of care blended to create a unique senior living experience. We offer 216 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments; and 56 skilled and transitional care units.
 
 
 
 A Registered Nurse Is Responsible For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Providing direct care to residents under individual plans of care, administering care and medications per doctor&rsquo;s orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document resident care using charting software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Notify Nurse Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action, as necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide guidance to NARs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Display a positive attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Position available includes working every other weekend and every other holiday:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2:00 p.m. -10:30 p.m. (64 hours per two-week pay period)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree obtained from an accredited nursing program.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN RN license.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of one-year previous experience as a nurse is required.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
 </li>

 Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
 </li>

 Proven history of good judgement and integrity

 High level of commitment to compassionate customer service&shy;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident.
 </li>

 Pay Range:
 
 $38.51 - $48.13/hour depending on experience.
 
 
 
 
 Saint Therese of Woodbury is now on a public transit roadway.
 
 Metro Transit is now piloting a new on-demand, shared ride service in a few areas around the metro, including a 13-square-mile area in Woodbury and parts of Oakdale and Lake Elmo. Metro micro will operate between 5:30 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. on weekdays; 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekends.
