 Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Document Control Coordinator (DCC) or Project Document Controller within Oil &amp; Gas, EPC, or large multidisciplinary projects

 Demonstrated experience managing Client and Vendor documentation in compliance with contractual and project requirements

 If not provided during the commercial phase, split the Commercial Budget according to the intercompany scheme, contract and work schedule, in order to report revenues/costs by entity, currencies, and main cost accounts and prepare the cash-flow by currency

 How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
 
 
 
 This role provides operational and technical support during tenders and project execution phases, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.

 Engineering Support: Review documentation, suggest improvements, and support the engineering team in planning and execution phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Operations: Assist both offshore and onshore teams with installation, diving, pre-commissioning, trenching, and hook-up operations.

 Planning &amp; Coordination: Coordinate equipment, material logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Safety &amp; Compliance: Ensure QA/QC &amp; HSE standards are met; actively participate in risk assessments and safety briefings.

 Execution Oversight: Supervise key activities during vessel mobilization/demobilization, loadouts, and critical offshore operations.

 Commercial Support: Offer technical input to the commercial team for proposals and contractual matters.

 Junior HSE Engineer
 
 , you will be part of the
 
 HSE/Environmental Department.
 
 You will support the implementation of environmental management systems and ensure compliance across project activities, both offshore and onshore. You will collaborate with project teams to promote sustainable practices and reduce environmental impacts in accordance with local regulations and client requirements.
 
 
 
 How can you support us?

 Assist in preparing and maintaining the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for assigned projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project compliance with environmental legislation, ADNOC Code of Practice, and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and site inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support waste management, spill prevention, and pollution control activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect and analyze environmental data (air quality, noise, waste, water discharge) and prepare compliance reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records for audits and environmental reporting (internal and external).
 </li>

 Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure alignment with Saipem&rsquo;s environmental policies.
