 Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Document Control Coordinator (DCC) or Project Document Controller within Oil &amp; Gas, EPC, or large multidisciplinary projects

 Proven experience supporting engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of EPC projects

 <li>
 Demonstrated experience managing Client and Vendor documentation in compliance with contractual and project requirements

 &squf; Support the PQM / QCM in planning and allocating QC Supervisor, Inspectors, and only for vessel PTS manning to the various area of the project, ensuring coordination of assigned personnel
 
 
 &squf; Review Quality Control Plans, verify that tests, controls and inspections are carried out according to Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans and that personnel has access to all required project documentation
 
 
 &squf; For activities on board vessel, to assure that Project QCP / QC comply with the reference vessel, and vessel's operational profile
 
 
 &squf; Identify any QC Inspection Instrument/Equipment missing on board compared with applicable Inspection QC Plan, Procedures and Contract requirements
 
 
 &squf; Check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections and agrees on the applicable operating procedures with the organization in charge of the works
 
 
 &squf; On board vessels, before demobilizing, carry out QC Inspection Equipment inventory, identify and list any anomaly and report to PQM
 
 
 &squf; Ensure correct Project Materials storage, handling, traceability and preservation conditions, as well as conformity to applicable Certification Requirements
 
 
 &squf; Review applicable QC procedures, including those relating to special processes
 
 
 &squf; Check that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, identified, traceable preserved and handled (if needed)
 
 
 &squf; Verify the implementation of the inspection, control and test notification process
 
 
 &squf; Check documents certifying tests, controls and inspections carried out and their orderly collection and management, mechanical completion included
 
 
 &squf; Verify that tests, controls and inspections are carried out by contractors
 
 
 &squf; Verify the correct implementation and application of Quality Tools
 
 
 &squf; Verify the implementation of the inspection, control and test notification process

 How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:

 Promote safe work practices and environmental protection, ensuring full compliance with HSE plans, risk assessments, lifting plans, PTW systems, and project safety standards.

 Ensure full compliance with project quality requirements, contractual obligations, approved drawings, and specifications.

 Develop and monitor discipline-specific construction schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project milestones and fast‑tracking strategies where feasible.

 <li>
 Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities (earthworks, concrete works, buildings, camps, substations, underground works, roads and infrastructure), ensuring cost-effective and timely execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and control direct-hire and subcontracted works, optimizing manpower, equipment, and materials while identifying needs or excess resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor daily construction progress, analyze deviations versus the approved schedule, identify root causes, and propose mitigation measures or corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Control production parameters, including efficiency, productivity, quantities, manhours, and cost performance, and report progress to Project Controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead buildability reviews, constructability assessments, model reviews, and design change evaluations to eliminate construction constraints and rework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the resolution of technical and execution-related issues encountered during construction, including coordination with engineering, commissioning, and planning disciplines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper quantity tracking, cost estimates updates, and variation management for scope changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain technical and administrative documentation, including ITPs, method statements, material approvals, NCRs, and as-built records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and monitor vendors, specialists, and site support teams, ensuring seamless integration with construction activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure achievement of Mechanical Completion (MC) certification, punch list clearance, and system handover in line with commissioning priorities and systemization plans.

 <li>
 Interface effectively with project management, engineering, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and planning departments to ensure disciplined workflow execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide coaching and mentoring to national workforce and junior staff, promoting competency development and compliance with project standards.

 Minimum 10&ndash;15 years of experience in large-scale EPC oil &amp; gas, LNG, utilities, or industrial infrastructure projects.

 Proven experience as Civil Superintendent / Lead Civil Construction Engineer on major projects including:

 LNG facilities, man camps, substations, power islands, pipelines, underground utilities, and infrastructure works.
 </li>
 <li>
 Greenfield and brownfield projects within live operating facilities (SIMOPS environment).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in:
 </li>
 <li>
 Earthworks, reinforced concrete, underground services, buildings, shelters, substations, and pipelines
 </li>
 <li>
 ITP compliance, pre‑pour inspections, quantity tracking, and QA/QC execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule recovery, fast‑tracking strategies, and productivity improvement initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to manage multicultural teams and national workforce, with proven coaching and leadership capability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with PMC / EPC contractors and managing multiple subcontractors under complex project conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong coordination skills with planning, engineering, commissioning, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with HSE Management Systems, Risk Assessments, HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and lifting operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience operating under tight schedules, high production demands, and challenging environmental or social conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
