 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analytical Research Analyst to join our Research &amp; Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing advanced analytical testing, method validation, and supporting the development of new pharmaceutical products in compliance with international standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform method validation and verification activities according to ICH guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, and other laboratory equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and validate analytical methods and ensure compliance with pharmacopeial standards (USP, BP, EP).
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, document, and review analytical data in accordance with GMP and data integrity principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure laboratory activities adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate effectively within cross-functional R&amp;D teams.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2 to 5 years of experience in R&amp;D analytical laboratories (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC and other analytical instruments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of method validation, ICH guidelines, and pharmacopeial procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in data documentation, integrity, and analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
 </li>
 </ul>
