The role is heavily focused on bookkeeping, payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate must be strong with Zoho Books, organized, and able to produce clean, timely reports.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping &amp; Daily Entries<ul><li>Record all sales, purchases, expenses, and payments in Zoho Books.</li><li>Maintain accurate bookkeeping across all accounts.</li><li>Enter invoices, credit notes, and receipts daily.</li></ul>Bank, Cash &amp; Reconciliation<ul><li>Reconcile monthly bank statements with company records.</li><li>Tally and verify cash and digital payment entries.</li><li>Ensure all transactions match and discrepancies are resolved quickly.</li></ul>SOAs &amp; Payment Follow-Up<ul><li>Prepare and send Statements of Accounts (SOAs) to customers.</li><li>Track outstanding payments and follow up regularly.</li><li>Maintain a clean and updated ageing report.</li></ul>Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare monthly financial reports (sales reports, expenses, P&amp;L drafts).</li><li>Provide weekly updates on receivables and payables.</li><li>Support management with data for decision-making.</li></ul>Operational Support<ul><li>Coordinate with the sales team for invoice accuracy and delivery confirmations.</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical records.</li><li>Assist with VAT preparation (if needed).</li></ul>⸻Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Zoho Books.</li><li>Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, SOAs, and cash flow.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication skills (English required).</li><li>Ability to work independently and deliver reports on time.</li><li>Presentable, disciplined, and reliable.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Zoho Systems: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
