It produces Oregon craft sak&eacute; under the Momokawa, Moonstone, Naginata, Yomi and G brands; and imports fine Japanese sak&eacute; under the Hakutsuru, Murai Family, Kasumi Tsuru, Kibo, Yoshinogawa, SakeMoto, Daikoku Masamune, SHEZEN and Yuki Tora brands. Its products are distributed throughout key markets in North America, South America, and the Caribbean Islands.Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Creative Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to promote Sak&eacute;One through online channels in close partnership with Sales (wholesale channels) and the Tasting Room (DTC).Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Graphic Design (Digital &amp; Print): Design and produce high-quality assets including sales sheets, shelf talkers, event signage, and menus. Ensure all materials align with brand standards for Oregon Craft and imported portfolios.</li><li>Social Media Marketing: Create and schedule engaging content for our social media channels to build brand awareness and community engagement.</li><li>Email Marketing: Design and send targeted email campaigns to engage subscribers and promote products.</li><li>Website Coordination: Work with web developers to maintain and update website content and functionality.</li><li>Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and open and click-through rates across digital platforms and programs.</li><li>Influencer Marketing: Identify and work with influencers to reach new audiences and inspire consumers.</li><li>Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with brand-adjacent organizations to share content that presents sak&eacute; in unique and unexpected ways.</li><li>PPC (Pay Per Click): Coordinate paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads to generate targeted traffic, as well as shopper marketing platforms such as Instacart.</li><li>SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimize website content to rank higher in search engine result pages.</li><li>Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, especially in the alcohol and craft industries.</li><li>Help represent Sak&eacute;One at trade and consumer events to increase brand and product awareness.</li><li>Provide support for any other marketing, DTC and Sales initiatives.</li><li>Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, acting as a company/brand/sake ambassador at outside events.</li><li>Some evening and weekend availability required.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of key digital marketing concepts, tools and best practices.</li><li>Analytical Details: Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Content Creation: Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail, to create content for various digital platforms.
