 Role Summary
 
 
 
 As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist in Strategic Sourcing &amp; Procurement, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for working with your Director to: develop and lead strategic sourcing events of moderate complexity; writing and negotiating contract terms and documents; and analyzing spend associated with specific indirect spend categories. Your work will positively impact bottom-line results/value while minimizing risks, foster internal and external relationships, and work with internal stakeholders to educate and promote the procurement policies.
 
 
 You will report to a Manager, Strategic Sourcing.
 
 
 
 Role Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Simultaneously Lead indirect sourcing initiatives for IT, driving strategic improvements, and delivering on operational targets, savings goals, and business strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct total cost modeling and sensitivity/scenario analysis to help stakeholders understand trade-offs and benefits to multiple outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with the analysis and planning for various components of indirect spend categories to ensure operational success and results
 </li>
 <li>
 Use sourcing tools to support departmental efforts to refine and improve procurement processes and policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage relationships with business stakeholders and provide regular project status updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with multiple corporate functions (e.g., Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, Accounting, Legal, etc.) as part of your sourcing projects and related activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Review, revise, and negotiate contract language
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the development and management of the contract renewal process
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in supplier relationship activities (e.g., regular business reviews, vendor score carding, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 You will own sourcing projects and work with your Director to bring them to completion
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferably in supply chain management, engineering, or business
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated capabilities of leading sourcing projects, contract negotiations and authoring, and driving savings/value
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to build relationships through verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience coordinating teams and collecting insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of multi-step strategic sourcing processes, sourcing tools, and strategies

 Graduate/PG with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Preference will be work experience in retail industry with working knowledge in supply chain

 Analytical, Advanced excel, problem solving skills and knowledge on forecasting
 </li>
 <li>
 Data management and interpretation using statistical concepts
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong planning and operational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment.

 As an Inventory Analyst, you will
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Core execution: Creating accurate reports for the assigned business area
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Planners and Buyers to manage Replenishment inventory through accurate forecasting and rectifying all relevant components to achieve department in stock goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Historical Analysis: Analyze and summarize business performance of product categories, monitor sales, inventory, margin and other factors affecting In-stocks &amp; profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operation: End to end ownership of categories. Ownership of business and operational metric for the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute Strategies and Inventory related projects as deemed fit to help with the overall Inventory levels. Execute strategies to drive supply chain initiates to support alternative forms of fulfilment
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication: Ensure timely and proactive communication with key stakeholders
