Job Overview</b> As a Dispatcher, you will efficiently manage receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials from the central stockroom, ensuring smooth logistics operations.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Unload incoming deliveries within specified timeframes</li><li>
Prepare crates and packaging for bakery and perishable items</li><li>
Coordinate order picking and packing for cloud kitchen outlets</li><li>
Assist with loading delivery vehicles, ensuring proper stacking</li><li>
Ensure vehicles are cleaned before material loading</li><li>
Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization</li><li>
Apply proper labels and stickers on product containers</li><li>
Prepare labeled items for production</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
High School Diploma (logistics certification a plus)</li><li>
1-2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations</li><li>
Communication skills for coordination with logistics staff</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Physical stamina for loading and unloading materials</li></ul></div>

Dispatcher

<div><div><b>Inventory Management:</b> Monitor and manage stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring optimal availability for the 12 operational kitchens and 1 central kitchen and Bakery.</div><div><b>
Order Fulfillment:</b> Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently to the kitchens, adhering to their schedules and specific requirements.</div><div><b>
Quality Control:</b> Conduct quality inspections on incoming products,</div><div>
<b>Documentation:</b> Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and dispatches, and generate regular inventory reports.</div><div><b>
Warehouse Organization:</b> Implement and maintain efficient storage systems to optimize space and ensure easy access to inventory.</div><div><b>
Team Collaboration:</b> Work closely with kitchen team and the supply chain team to address inventory needs, resolve issues, and improve operational efficiency.</div></div><div></div>
