Full job descriptionPLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING, ONLY RELEVANT CANDIDATES THAT FULFILL THE JOB REQUIREMENT AND ARE AVAILABLE IN UAE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, and circuit breakers, in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations.</li><li>Inspect electrical systems, components, and equipment to identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate repairs or replacements as needed.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as testing electrical circuits, inspecting electrical panels, and cleaning electrical equipment, to ensure optimal performance and safety.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate electrical installations and repairs, and ensure that work is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.</li><li>Lighting control piping and wiring (KNX wiring &amp; Distribution Board (DB) dressing)</li><li>AC thermostats and curtain motors, including control cables termination</li><li>Handle low voltage tasks such as piping, wiring, DB dressing, light and socket fixing.</li><li>CCTV systems</li><li>Intercom systems</li><li>Smart locks</li><li>DALI system wiring and connection.</li></ul>3. Documentation and Interpretation:<ul><li>Read and understand automation electrical drawings and data sheets.</li></ul>4. Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on installed systems.</li></ul>Requirements- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a Senior Electrical Technician role or similar position.- Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.- Proficiency in electrical system installation.- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions and support.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary expectation for the role?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>light fixtures wiring, DB dressing and socket fixing: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Call or WhatsApp 0585591332</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
