Job OverviewA Fashion Brand is seeking a Data Analyst to support business decisions through sales analysis, inventory monitoring, and demand forecasting.The role requires analyzing product performance, sales trends, and stock levels to help management improve planning, optimize inventory, and maximize sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Product Analysis&middot; Analyze historical sales data to identify fast-moving, average, and slow-moving products.&middot; Conduct comparative analysis of product categories and sales performance.&middot; Identify trends and insights to support business planning.Reporting &amp; Dashboards&middot; Prepare sales dashboards and analytical reports for management.&middot; Develop regular sales performance and inventory reports.&middot; Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis when required.Inventory &amp; Stock Monitoring&middot; Monitor inventory levels across retail stores and e-commerce channels.&middot; Support stock distribution planning across the retail network.&middot; Identify slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions.Demand Forecasting Support&middot; Use historical sales data and market trends to assist in demand forecasting.&middot; Support planning teams in improving product availability and sales performance.Requirements&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field&middot; 3&ndash;5 years relevant experience in data analysis (retail experience preferred)&middot; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills&middot; Advanced proficiency in Excel&middot; Experience with Power BI / Tableau or similar visualization tools preferredBenefits&middot; Competitive salary&middot; Professional growth opportunitiesJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
