Role OverviewWe are a growing company specializing in interior fit-out and renovation projects. We are seeking experienced Part-Time/Freelance Site Supervisors to oversee premium retail outlets in leading shopping mallsRequirements<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.</li><li>Proven experience supervising interior fit-out works for branded retail stores, bank branches, restaurants, or other premium commercial projects.</li><li>Must have worked on prestigious projects from the Client, Consultant, or Contractor side.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of interior finishing, workmanship, materials, and quality control.</li><li>Exceptional eye for detail with a strong sense of premium-quality finishing.</li><li>Willingness to work night hours and travel to different shopping mall locations.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise interior renovation works on behalf of the Client.</li><li>Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.</li><li>Monitor workmanship, materials, finishes, and installation quality.</li><li>Identify defects, ensure timely rectification, and maintain high finishing standards.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and mall management to facilitate smooth execution of the project.</li><li>Submit concise progress, quality, and observation reports , photograph after site visit.</li><li>Ensure project remain on schedule &amp; meet quality standard.</li></ul>Only candidates with relevant experience who meet the above criteria and are willing to work on a Part-Time/Freelance basis are encouraged to apply.Work Location: Hybrid remote in Islamabad
