The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and educating aspiring crane operators in safe and efficient operating practices. This role requires a strong background in crane operation, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. The Crane Operator Instructor will play a crucial role in ensuring that students are well-prepared for their careers in the construction industry.Duties<ul><li>Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for crane operation, focusing on safety protocols, operational techniques, and equipment maintenance.</li><li>Conduct hands-on instruction using various types of cranes and related machinery.</li><li>Assess student performance through practical evaluations and written tests to ensure understanding of key concepts.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to crane operation.</li><li>Collaborate with other instructors to enhance curriculum development and training methodologies.</li><li>Provide guidance on the safe operation of additional equipment such as backhoes, loaders, concrete mixers, tankers, and farm machinery.</li><li>Ensure that all training environments are safe and conducive to learning.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a crane operator with extensive mechanical knowledge.</li><li>Familiarity with various types of construction equipment including trucks, backhoes, loaders, concrete mixers, tankers, and farm machinery.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct and engage students effectively.</li><li>Previous teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on student success.</li><li>A valid commercial driving license is a plus.</li></ul>Join us in shaping the future of crane operators by sharing your expertise and passion for the industry!Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
