Job Summary: This role is focused on driving customer and employee engagement through the enhancement of the online presence, content development and interactive events.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:<ul><li>
Exceptional oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Proactive approach to relationship building</li><li>
Social media expertise</li><li>
Strong photography and videography skills, including editing (portfolio required)</li><li>
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry software (e.g. Canva, Adobe, etc.)</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>
The ability to see projects through from idea to successful execution.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Two years of experience in advertising, content creation or related fields</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in digital advertising, graphic design, marketing or related fields</li><li>
Healthcare industry knowledge and experience is preferred</li><li>
Podcasting and videography expertise.</li></ul>
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Collaborate to build and execute digital media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.</li><li>
Generate, edit and publish consistent content that builds meaningful connections with target audiences.</li><li>
Create and deploy SEO and reputation management strategies.</li><li>
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos to be used across various digital channels.</li><li>
Draft, proofread and/or revise written materials, maintaining established branding standards.</li><li>
Assist in identifying, planning and documenting participation in internal and community events; coordinate gathering images, videos and quotes from others.</li><li>
Represent the Clinic as directed to the external market.</li><li>
Coordinate programs and activities related to Salem Clinic Medical Foundation, as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.</li><li>
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and events; including spirit weeks, giveaways, fundraisers, competitions and awareness campaigns.</li><li>
Act as a communication liaison to internal and external parties as needed.</li><li>
Recruit and coordinate volunteers for events; including community health fairs.</li><li>
Coordinate corporate sponsorships, donations and gifting opportunities.</li></ul>
