We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, variations, and interim payment applications.- Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with contract terms.- Assist in tendering, procurement, and cost analysis.- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial compliance.- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, change orders, and correspondence.- Support in preparing monthly valuations and final accounts.Qualifications &amp; Skills- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.- Proficient in MS Excel and quantity take-off software; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.- UAE experience preferred- Visa and medical insurance will be provided by the company.- Salary: To be discussed during the interview.- Applicants must be currently residing in U.A.E. and willing to relocate within Abu Dhabi.How to Apply:If you meet the above criteria and are ready to contribute to impactful projects, please submit your updated CV through our Email (admin@salient-ec.com).
