<div>Overview
This position drives all micro space planning, including Planograms, Visual Merchandising standards/execution, store support, CKB Web publishing, space automation/optimization, and planogram level analytics and performance measurements. This position drives the Planogram Set Timeline and related tasks, in partnership with the Floor Planning team, the Space Planning and Floor Planning Managers, and the Sr Director Merchandise Operations. This position is hybrid, reporting to the corporate office on Tuesdays and Weds of each week. The Space Planning Analyst supports initiatives including in-store collateral placement, improved customer experience in stores, visual merchandising standards across all POGs, and overarching project management for related work.
Primary Duties:<ul><li>
Manage the creation and updates of merchandise planogram versions to ensure compliance with all applicable merchandising standards, product assortments, and productivity metrics. Planogram execution must be aligned with the overall space merchandising strategies of the organization&rsquo;s sales and inventory goals. Executes all local, area and regional planogram creation and updates for all stores.</li><li>
Execute quality control measures for merchandise planograms, ensuring accuracy of SKU assignments, compliance with strategic vision and/or corporate standards; emphasis on accuracy, consistency, attention to detail, and an inquisitive growth mindset. Maintain product integrity for images and dimensions for all items as it relates to planogram processes and guidelines.
</li><li>Support SBH sales, inventory and profit objectives as it relates to developing, analyzing, and maintaining micro space and merchandise planogram rules and guidelines.</li><li>
Provide analysis using Space Planning and CKB (JDA), along with other tools, looking for opportunities to improve merchandise planograms; consistently performs detailed work with accuracy. Analyzes space and SKU performance metrics, such as margin and sales, and provides recommendations to the Merchandising department.</li><li>
Responsible for store support regarding planogram execution; acts with a strong sense of urgency and takes responsibility for finding solutions. Acts as a champion and advocate for the stores in collaboration with other departments.</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilitiies:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Business or related field
</li><li>Strong command of JDA Space Planning and CKB software to create and report on space to sales, visual merchandising, and space-planning, to drive better product placement and shopper-based decisions on shelf.
</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in JDA Space Planning and Category Management software. Knowledge of JDA Floor Planning is a bonus.</li><li>
2-4 years of related work experience, including project management, retail operations, and visual merchandising.
</li><li>Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite including: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
</li><li>JDA certifications a plus</li></ul>

Space Planning Analyst

<div>Overview
The Floor Planning Analyst will drive all macro space planning (floor planning) at a store-specific level. This includes maintaining floor plans, new stores and remodels, store lists, any demographic variation in store models, and anything relating to store prototypes, store publishing, floor planning, adjacencies, store test formats, channel clustering, and macro space performance. Execution will include work within JDA Floor Planning, Channel Clustering, Space Automation, CKB Web Publisher and CKB database. Position will be driver of analytics and space performance metrics for Floor Planning/Macro Space to drive effective space optimization and space performance across CosmoProf and or Sally Beauty Stores. This position reports to the corporate office on Tuesdays and Weds of each week, working remotely the rest of the work week.

Primary Duties:<ul><li>
40%-Create store-specific floor plans within JDA Floor Planning and Category Management software. This includes maintaining prototype plans and supporting new stores and remodels. Execute quality control measures for merchandise floor plans ensuring accuracy of store assignments, compliance with strategic vision and/or corporate standards; emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and an inquisitive mindset. Assign and validates planogram/store assignments for assigned business areas to ensure accurate store/item authorizations which drive inventory authorizations.
</li><li>20%- Participate in special store projects, new store reviews, expansions, and department resets as applicable to the assigned business area; responsible for communicating and collaborating with Space Planning Analysts to ensure project deliverables are met in accordance with the timeline, presentation standards and category criteria.</li><li>
15%- Provide deep analytical analysis using Floor Planning and CKB (JDA), looking for opportunities to develop a customer centric approach to the merchandise floor plans; consistently performs complex and highly detailed work with accuracy and precision.</li><li>
15%Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with Merchandising, Inventory and Store Operations teams; expected to gain credibility and earn trust of key executives across the organization and store leadership teams; works cross-functionally to gain alignment on merchandise plans in accordance to strategic objectives.
</li><li>10%-.Responsible for store support in regards to merchandising plans; acts with a strong sense of urgency to anticipate customer&rsquo;s needs; takes responsibility to finding lasting solutions to difficult problems

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements

The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.</li></ul>
